I'm still feeling like crap with this flu. No exercise has been happening. Saturday and Sunday I had no appetite and yesterday I kept getting these stabbing pains in my stomach...so, I haven't been eating much of anything at all. But I guess that's one way to lose weight, right? LOL!
Got any goals for the week? What are your plans to make them happen?

PMS'ing here too. I did resist the donuts the kids at daycare had for breakfast. I made me some toast instead...yum, yum. I'm eating a salad with turkey, a plum, and some All Bran crackers for lunch.
Need to exercise here too but hasn't happened.

I'm so sorry you're sick! I am dreading the next time I'm sick because once I get off a roll, I usually don't get back on. I do not believe in exercising when I'm sick--bleh. And stomach things are the worst! I hope you are back to 100% really soon!
I decided Sunday was going to be a rest day, so I ate reasonably but didn't track it, and I took a break from exercising. I got back on track yesterday, though, and saw a little reward at the scale this morning.
I am going out of town Wednesday through Sunday, to a Sweet Adelines convention at which my chorus is competing, so I'm not sure what my exercise opportunities will be there. It's at Trinity University, and we're staying in dorm rooms. There is a pool, and there will be a lot of walking between classes, and I can get a walking partner for early in the morning (ugh) or evening. That's my plan.

Monday was good. Got up, used the treadmill and everything. Not bad on the eating, but I did make a poor choice at night.
Today, haven't exercised, but my eating is good.
