Title :: Fluffy Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Author :: bblessed
Category :: Breakfast
Ingredients ::
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (may need a little more if batter too thick)
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
Description ::
Fluffy pancakes made with half whole wheat and all purpose flour to be a little healthier

1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
2. Combine eggs, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Stir in chocolate chips.
4. Pour the batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until second side is golden brown. Keep warm.

Notes:
- If you don't like whole wheat flour, you can make it with 2 cups all purpose flour.

- Mashed bananas would also make a great addition!

Enjoy!
