The dvd has 3 different 20 minute circuit workouts. You start at level 1, when you're ready you move to level 2 and then level 3. I was going to be all cocky and start at level 2...after all, I *used* to exercise every day!
I think this is a great dvd for those getting started, trying to get back to exercising, and those trying to schedule a workout into their daily routines. Each workout has a warmup, 3 circuits and a cool down. The circuits are: 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs.
