Welcome to a new week!!!!
I'm starting over - yet again......
This morning I got up early and did 35 minutes on the treadmill!!!

I was just coming to post that I need some accountability, so I was happy to see your post!
I haven't exercised yet this morning. I had planned on getting up early to get it in before work, but a storm woke me up around 2:30 and I didn't fall back to sleep til about 5am. ugh!
So my goal is to control my eating (sooooo easy to turn to those comfort foods when I'm tired!) and then get in something tonight.

I definitely let things slide this past week. I hadn't had much of an appetite for the 2 weeks prior, and then last week it was like WHAM! it all came back and I was eating all the time. Then we went out to dinner last night to a Mexican place, and I was absolutely starving when we got there (it was late and we'd been at the waterpark for about 3 hours prior)...so I probably ate 3 days worth of calories. I haven't slept well so I've felt like a slug, which means hardly any exercise either. Friday I did get up and do some intervals on the elliptical and a core secrets workout, but I need to get back to doing stuff every day!
So this week I'm going to work on portions and exercising every day, even if its just for 15 minutes just so I'm doing *something*!

I know how hard is it to resist comfort foods when you are tired, but you CAN do it!!!!
Were you able to get some kind of exercise in today???

Weeeelll...I suppose I haven't done so bad on portions, I just haven't had the best food to eat, LOL. It was grocery shopping day though, and there's always mostly crap left over to eat until I get to the store.
I plan on working out once the kids are in bed!

back on track today! I went to the grocery store today and loaded up on fresh fruits and veggies plus other things we needed. We had homemade chicken tenders, brown rice, and a mixed veggies thing I do for dinner. The veggies were onion, squash, zucchini, and a can of diced tomatoes with garlic and basil (plus can of water). I simmer it until the veggies are tender. Very good and easy. We have this a couple of times a week. Kinsey had corn with her meal because she doesn't care for the other veggies.

I managed to get up this morning, does this count.
After 10 days of sleeping until 9:00, 6:00 hit me like a ton of bricks.
Barely managed to get kids fed, lunch made, no way was I working out. LOL
Hopefully will get some exercise in tonight.

Okay.....I just got off my treadmill....40 minutes.....got to get in the shower and get Colin some dinner before football practice!!!
