Exercise and Food for Thursday Aug 7th ....

My day started off bad, I got a coffee and donut for breakfast.


Excuses I know, but I was running late stopped to get a coffee and somehow ordered a donut.


I know what I should have done, stopped at the grocerystore, grabbed a coffee there along with a bowl of fruit, or a box of cereal and milk.


Lunch - yogurt, hb egg, raw veggies, sliced turkey

dinner - kids and dh are having ham (yuck !!!!!) I will eat the salad and veggies, maybe have some more turkey

snacks - apple, grapes, plum, raw veggies

So far:

Breakfast: 1 piece of sprouted 7 grain bread w/ one Tablespoon of peanut butter

Lunch: cottage cheese, triscuits, grapes and a beef stick

Dinner plan right now is broiled fish, pasta for Timm and veggies for me. Neither kid eats fish, so I'm still not sure what I'll feed them! LOL

Hoping to get a bike ride in this evening.

Breakfast - 2 scrambled egg muffins

Lunch - 6 inch subway - Turkey w/lettuce, tomato, cucumbers

Snack - 2 farm fresh cherry tomatos

dinner - Chicken & veggies



For exercise we walked about 1.5 miles at the park today. Wanted to ride my bike tonight but it is thundering.

Snacks: 1 stick string cheese, 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts

Dinner: Broiled Halibut and a bowl of cucumbers and grape tomatoes with greek vinegarette and feta cheese

Exercise: 5.5 mile bike ride. Not a lot, but I'm a bit sore from running yesterday, so I really just wanted to get out and work the stiffness out a bit.
