Allyn and I can't be the only ones hanging out here can we?? Come out, come out wherever you are!!
I've been getting back on track with exercise this week. I'm doing the 100 pushups thing, Monday I did an hour long bellydance dvd, and I've done 15 mins of HIIT on the elliptical the past 3 nights, tonight I did some other arm work with the weights too. I've been having such a hard time going to bed at a decent time I thought tiring myself out late would help...but now I'm really tired and still can't sleep, ugh.
I need to remember to drink a lot more water, I'm having a hard time with that. I felt really, really sick after I did my pushups this morning and I couldn't figure out why, except that I was maybe dehydrated.
Eating well is of course always my struggle, but I keep plugging along hoping the little things here and there will eventually start adding up.

Unfortunately, the pushups have been my only real exercise this week so far! Might have worked out Monday night...I can't even remember! LOL It's been one of those weeks.
But, I've been doing pretty good with maintaining my calories, so that has helped me to not freak out too much about the lack of exercising. I was getting very frustrated counting every freakin' calorie and not seeing any results, but I got on the scale this morning and it was down 3 lbs!
That's always how it goes for me....takes me a few weeks before seeing that number drop. In my head I *know* that but it still gets frustrating and discouraging. I was starting to feel really discourage at the beginning of this week, so this was a real boost!
Day 2 of pushups tonight!

Congrats on the 3 lb loss, woo hoo!!!! I'm totally an instant gratification type of girl...if I don't see things happening right away I get really discouraged. Now if only I could have an instant result type of body I probably wouldn't weigh as much as I do, lol.
