Me, me!! We went out to dinner twice this weekend, and I didn't even pretend to try and eat healthy either time, LOL. I definitely need to get back on the better eating path, I've been veering off more than I should lately.
Going to try to do lots and lots MORE of the interval workouts on the elliptical, and there's the pushups too!

Me , me I'm back from Brownie camp ready to get back on the healthy road.
1/24 personal training sessions on Monday, it was so hard but it felt great afterwards.
Of course today (tues) I can barely walk up the stairs, and think I may have to hurle myself down the stairs to go home. LOL
but I know its just the first workout pain, and it will be better after the next one on Thursday,
