both kids in school full time, I'm looking at a whole new schedule!
they got on the bus at 7:30, I went straight on an hour walk, showered, ate and sat at my desk right about 9am.
I hope to just keep doing this schedule no matter the weather . . . if I wait I know I'll get too busy!

Good job!!!! Keep up the good work!
I was gone last week on vacation. On Saturday I must have walked 15 miles in DC.
Yesterday (Tuesday) - I was still on "vacation" LOL!!
This morning, after I dropped the kids at school I walked for 40 minutes. The pedometer said 3 miles, but I think it is off a bit.

WTG Gretchen!!
We've walked the boys to school every day this week so far, and the past 2 nights I've gone on 45-ish minute walks. I've been doing my 100 pushups training too. My belly dancing classes start up again next week too, I haven't been practicing much at home the past 3 weeks its been off.
My MIL asked us a few days ago if we would come visit for Christmas. I was like...
...I SO do not want to go looking like I do now, LOL. So maybe that will be some motivation for me to get off my arse. I certainly won't be able to sit on it all day long on the computer anymore since I'll be needing to get this place organized and packed up...that should help too. Ideally I'd like to lose like 40 lbs by then, but realistically I doubt I'll come close...maybe I'll shoot for 20 and hope it will be more!

20 lbs by christmas would be great!! go for it! that's 5 a month, perfectly reasonable.
how far is it to the school? I'd love to do that, but it's about 2 miles and I fear it'd take us close to an hour with both kids . . . not possible that early! I was thinking maybe in a few years we could do bikes though.
Walked again today #3.

Our apartment complex overlooks the school, we're up on a hill and its just below. You kind of have to go out and around the complex and then back towards the school, plus we live on the opposite of the complex from the school, so it takes just shy of 15 minutes to get there. I don't know how long it will last though, we've done really well getting up and getting going this week, but very soon I may be hitting the snooze 1 too many times (or 3 or 4 too many, LOL!). Last year we NEVER we ready early enough to walk!
