I haven't worked out all week because of this outbreak of hives that I've had. When I have them if I get too hot they get worse. Its not exactly easy to work up a sweat when you are itching uncontrollably, LOL. And now I've got a sore throat and stuffy nose and just kinda feel yuck. I'm going to a belly dance class tonight even though I feel like crap, hopefully I won't pass out. I would skip it except its the first in the session, and there's been a 3 week break so I haven't gone in a while, and I'll miss the last class because we're moving. Last week I totally spaced out on the pushups challenge, there was just too much else going on in my head with DH taking this new job and figuring out when we will move and where we will live. And then this week, like I said I haven't done anything. I swear its like a pattern in my life...things will be going along at a good pace for 3 weeks, and then something comes in a messes it all up!

You still have the hives?? jeez, that's really sucky. I wouldn't want to work up a sweat either.

I have the same pattern, just when I'm going good something throws a wrench in it. I keep thinking, "get back on the horse!". I think going to class is a great step, you can take it easy if you have to . . . but just going is keeping your foot in it, ya know? way to go!

Yes I still have them and its getting really annoying. I'm fine all day long, but in the evening I'm itching up a storm. I wasn't really feeling too many itches in the early evening yesterday so I thought I was maybe over it, but once I got done with my class they started popping up everywhere and were pretty bad.
