Monday workouts anyone .....

I had my personal trainer today.


I have to say it is starting to work, I can stretch farther, I can do the situps without thinking I may die.

After the workout I am usually shaking really badly, and it takes an hour or more to pass, but today no shakes.


Not sure if this is good or not, since I wasn't almost crying I know she will pump it up on Wednesday.

And, I finally got my workout in tonight...day 19...day 20 in a row tomorrow!

I did WP Buns/Thighs and then 40 reps on the AB machine.

did 45 min brisk walk yesterday (monday), did 1 hour today. adding a few intervals in.
