I've been doing great with the walks, . . . all 12 days of school I've done my hour brisk walk. I've been eating basically good overall, but not "dieting" per se. and the scale has moved maybe 1 lb. which is discouraging I have to admit. I will keep it up though as I know I'm getting heart healthier and frankly I like the time I walk . . . so that's good. and I do plan to add some weight work in, but I was trying to not go all "gung ho" at first so I don't burn out. My plan was, get used to one new habit at a time and make it a part of my life. so walking first. maybe one more week I'll add a weight workout.

how about everyone else?

I'm finally over my cold so I'm trying to get back on track. I've done tons of cleaning the past 3 days (had to get all the stuff off my patios cuz they are painting our building this week, and had to get things looking decent enough for a guy from the packing company to take a look at all we've got to move)...so while that wasn't full out exercise I was moving a lot! I've walked to the school once each day this week. Last night I got on the elliptical and did 15 mins of HIIT. I think I'm going to officially put off the 100 pushups challenge until after we move, there's just too much going on for my brain to accomodate right now and I keep forgetting to do them, LOL!

As far as the diet part...I've gotten into bad habits lately of not eating when I should, and then when I finally realized that I totally missed breakfast or lunch I'm STARVING and end up eating crap or way too much.

I've got 3.5 more lbs to go to make my minimum weight loss goal for the month. I'm very surprised the scale has gone down at all...not that I'm complaining! I have noticed some changes overall lately, its been a full 2 cycles since I had my Mirena taken out, I'm wondering if the hormones are finally out of my system and that's making a difference. I would be supremely happy if it was!!

I'm doing okay, not really watching my diet a whole lot but just aware of what I'm eating. I've done pilated 3 days in a row this week and gone for two walks. So I'm feeling good so far this week and just hopefully will be able to get more exercise in. I'm finally feeling more settle in our place, it's only been 5 months but still. Last week helped as I took 3 days off work and just worked around the house organizing and cleaning.

I hope to give up the Pepsi and start addig more cardio and strength training in the next two weeks plus quit smoking again. :hugs:
