Walked again this morning, doing great with that. Think I will add weights in a few days this week as my results still are minimal, despite eating pretty good overall. (ie: said no to birthday cake TWICE this weekend. went out with a girlfriend and got only 1 light beer and a salad. etc)

Its going to be a very busy week for me doing all the last minute stuff before we move this weekend. So I'm not gonna stress if I don't get enough exercise in or eat like crap, I'm just going to do what I can and try to stay sane!

I had a huge accomplishment , well huge fo rme anyway.

I saw my personal trainer today, and afterwards we do 20 min of stretching.

during the thight stretch I actually got my foot to touch my butt.


Never in my life have I done this, I was always the person who had to grab my pant leg to do the stretch, now I can grab my foot, and it touched my butt.


Woo Hoo !!! Go me !!!!


now if only I could get my right leg to do the same
