Ate turkey meatballs, sauted spinach and mushrooms with a side of fresh garden tomatoes for lunch.

I was not happy with today's workout, it was hard but not just hard really really hard.
I think she pushed me too far, it wasn't fun, it was truly horrible.
She keeps making comments about the awesome weight I'm doing with my legs, but I think she's pushing the rest of me alone with that.
I will see how wednesday goes, and if its just as tough I will get her to take a step back for another week.
Today's new torture was step ups. Holding 10 pounds weights in hands, step up onto bench, 30 times each leg.

down 4 lbs for the month. wish it was more but I'm happy.

Day 3 of Pilates. The weekend will be the REAL challenge - when everybody's home!!
Also did 50 minutes on the treadmill.

I got a pilates in last night (abs), and today got an hour walk in by the skin of my teeth. Had an early morning meeting and it threw my whole day off kilter . . . but I managed it in the end.

I did pilates on Saturday & Sunday!!!!! Yay ME!!!!

I've got a chest cold that kept me in bed most of yesterday and prob should have today but I had too much crap to do . . . sigh.
I'm going to attempt my walk tomorrow even if I feel like this, fresh air at a slightly slower pace has to be good, right?
