35 minutes on the treadmill today.

Ate turkey meatballs, sauted spinach and mushrooms with a side of fresh garden tomatoes for lunch.

Just got back from the personal trainer.

I was not happy with today's workout, it was hard but not just hard really really hard.

I think she pushed me too far, it wasn't fun, it was truly horrible.


She keeps making comments about the awesome weight I'm doing with my legs, but I think she's pushing the rest of me alone with that.


I will see how wednesday goes, and if its just as tough I will get her to take a step back for another week.


Today's new torture was step ups. Holding 10 pounds weights in hands, step up onto bench, 30 times each leg.

got my walk in (yeah) but didn't eat the best today. ah well, tomorrow is a new day

met a great goal today: walked every single school day the whole month! I'm proud of that as it was drizzling twice and I had a cold a few days . . .

down 4 lbs for the month. wish it was more but I'm happy.

how was everyone else for the month??

Inspired by Lauren Sue - I dusted off my Pilates DVD. I just did the basic workout the best I could.

Hopefully, I'll get a walk in later.

my dvds get pulled out once a month or so, I need to get more consistent that's for sure!

Day 3 of Pilates. The weekend will be the REAL challenge - when everybody's home!!

Also did 50 minutes on the treadmill.

whoo hoo! WTG!

I got a pilates in last night (abs), and today got an hour walk in by the skin of my teeth. Had an early morning meeting and it threw my whole day off kilter . . . but I managed it in the end.

But I DID IT!!!!

I did pilates on Saturday & Sunday!!!!! Yay ME!!!!

yahooo! :hugs: that's great!! I'm jealous.

I've got a chest cold that kept me in bed most of yesterday and prob should have today but I had too much crap to do . . . sigh.

I'm going to attempt my walk tomorrow even if I feel like this, fresh air at a slightly slower pace has to be good, right?
