Hey Cheryl
I walked on Monday,
and a bit longer today.
I have this dern chest cold still. hacking up a lung. but I'm glad I'm still going, it'd be easy to say "no" when I feel like this. but walking isn't making it any worse! still trying to get more regular with the pilates . . .
and the scale has moved this week so I'm motivated! :-)
