I am still doing my pilates - 14 days now!
Also did 50 minutes on the treadmill - 3.5 miles.

I finally got back out to do a walk today, feeling better! it'd been 5 days without. it was only 35 min but felt like I should take it slow for a day or two.

I've been slacking. In my defense, it's been such a crazy time! I had meetings every night of last week (except for my birthday on Saturday, but I had a date with DH that night and worked in the morning.) and meetings every night this week as well. We're going through a staff change at work, budget meetings, and all kinds of crazy stuff! I'm hoping I can get back on course next week.
My friend is our secretary at work and we have started walking on Tuesday/Thursdays during lunch at least.

I've lost 6.5 lbs this month so far!!!!
I've got a LOT more to go!!!
Did Pilates today, hope to get a walk in later.....
