Got my 50 min walk in, it was BRISK but felt good! my plan is to add in pilates in the evenings finally this week, I'll let you know!

1 hour today walk . . . been working a ton into the wee hours so haven't managed pilates yet. but it's only 20 freaking minutes so I need to just take a break and do it!! sigh
