Tuesday workouts

well it was 40 and raining this morning so I said no thank you. I decided I can walk in EITHER raining OR 40 degrees, but not both! lol

so I did:

3 mile Walk Away the Pounds. felt good!
Gretchen, Mom to Ellen (10) and Audrey (8)

I did that yesterday too! I needed to add cardio in b/c my weight loss has plateaued & this is doing the trick! I've done it 4 or 5 days in a row & intend to do it at least 5 days a week. :D
