I'm forgoing my exercise in the mornings to clean in prep for Mickey's birthday part on Sunday, housework is still good exercise.
My other goals for this week are to cut back on protein and eat more fruits and veggies.

ugh I've been on this 3 week nightmare endless job for work . . . and when you work from home you can do it round the clock (almost literally I kid you not) . . . and since it's rush and they are paying me well by the hour, well I do it! SOOO, needless to say my walking has suffered.
I got out 3 days last week, and this week I went to a 1.5 hour yoga and that's all. Tomorrow looks like the last nightmare day TG before I keel over.
