Totally a get back on track day for me today!! We ate out for Chinese for lunch y'day & although I didn't eat too much (a lot of veggies, chicken, & lean beef & no fried foods), I still felt yucky & ended up feeling crummy all afternoon. (don't know if I had a touch of the flu or just something I ate) Didn't eat the greatest all weekend & a few days at my Mom's, it's definitely time to get back on track!!!

Going for at least 120 oz water today!!!

Liquids ~ 20 oz water, cup of coffee so far...

Breakfast ~ Vanilla mochaccino protein shake made w/ 1/2 c. skim milk/ 1/2 c. soy milk & Tbsp. ground flax

I need to get back on track as well. Things have been busy around here and so I have eaten out more than I like to in the past week. But, this week should be pretty quite so I should be able to eat better.

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee w/ Splenda & 1% milk, bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios w/ 1% milk.

I just finished my pilates so I need to go drink some water before DS & I head to the library for storytime. I'm not sure what I will make for lunch, but I am leaning toward a nice big salad since my ILs brought us back fresh tomatoes and really nice onions from Florida. I also have some avacados I need to use. DH is out of town, so we will have someting simple for dinner, maybe homemade pizza?

Morning snack: 20 oz water, piece of light string cheese.

Lunch: I went ahead and made myself a nice big salad w/ romaine, sweet onion, tomato, carrots, beets, radishes, 2 hard boiled eggs, blue cheese and champagne vinegrette--it was yummy and very filling. I also had a WW lemon snack cake for dessert--they are very good, has anyone tried them?

I had another 20 oz of water this afternoon and will grab an snack here shortly. I am still leaning toward homemade pizza for dinner tonight.

Snack #1 ~ 1/2 c. Kashi GoLean, 1/4 c. All bran buds, skim milk, & sliced strawberries

Another 20 oz water & cup of coffee

Lunch ~ Salad w/ Vegan boca burger & mozz cheese, baby brussel sprouts w/ butter sauce (Jolly green giant! ), 10 honey wheat pretzels & 1 Tbsp. PB

Snack #2 ~ Mock cinnabon (cottage cheese w/ splenda, cinnamon & walnuts warmed up)

Dinner ~ Grilled pork loin, WW pasta w/ garlic/ onion spaghetti sauce & mushrooms, & peas

Dessert ~ Mock PB cup

Mock PB cup recipe
1 SF fudgesicle, 1/2 Tbsp. PB, whipped topping
Put fudgesicle in a bowl & microwave about 20 sec or until it's softened & scrape it off of the stick. Add PB & stir well, then top w/ whipped topping. Sooooo yummy!!! (it's really good if you put it back in the freezer & let it set a bit & then eat it, if you can wait that long! )

Snack #3 ~ SF hot cocoa

According to MFD I have 155 cals left to lose a pound, 25% fat/ 47% carb/ 29% protein - good day for me!

120 oz water, I'll probably drink some more too!

Evening snack: SF Hot Coca (Jess' recipe), 1 slice RF cheddar cheese, and 6 almonds. Feeling hungry, and sickies are going around in our house again, and I'm not feeling very good, but the day went okay, and I didn't cheat! YAY! Should be even easier tomorrow, I hope! :D

Great job, Denise! I have found a SF cocoa that I love- it's from Nestle & called Carb comforts (or something like that). Only 25 cals per packet! I add just a little bit of skim milk to it- yum!

Hope the sickies pass you soon!

Hugs,
Jess

32 oz. water

Nothing all afternoon. I kept asking myself if I was really hungry.

Dinner: 2 bruschette, 6 in whole wheat french bread with bruschetta topping, lot's of garlic. DH made it, his first attempt.

I walked on an empty stomach and really felt it when I got home. I was shaking and light headed.
3 sm. piece of dark chocolate. this was before dinner.

Snack later: 2 slice of cinnamon raisin toast - the two ends.
A few mini breton honey crackers.

The bruschetta was not satisfying. I'm still craving something but trying to fight it. May have an apple.

Thanks Jess! I'll have to look and see if that Nestle product is available here. But I don't mind the one from your recipe either, so if I don't find the Nestle, no big deal.

By the way, I was out shopping with my best friend this morning, and she asked how I was doing with SBD (she doesn't know I restarted yesterday), and I said that I was getting back to it, but that I had maintained, and she said "really, you look like you've lost weight, your face is much slimmer"! :) And this is someone who sees me nearly everyday! So that gave me great motivation to continue!!! :)
