I had 16oz. water and 3/4 of a banana before my walk to work.

I'm having right now, 2 packets of the instant oatmeal w/ a little sugar and cinnamon and 1/3 c. of craisins and about 1/4c. of 1% milk.

I didn't snack last night and I still have yogurt, apple and an orange here from yesterday if I get hungry for a snack later.

Breakfast- coffee, 1 cup rasin bran cereal w/ skim milk

snack- 1/2 banana, a couple bites of donut :rofl: & water

Lunch- piece of ham & cheese on LF whole wheat bread, 1/2 cup FF cottage cheese & 3 strawberries

snack- 2 whole wheat rice cakes and some grapes,water

Breakfast: Cheesy Vegetable Frittata & 16 oz water

Morning snack: 1 cup Chai tea

Lunch: 2 "sandwiches" made with ham, RF cheddar cheese, red onion, and LF mayo wrapped up in romaine lettuce leaves & 5 grape tomatoes & 5 Kalamata olives. Plus 24 oz water

Afternoon snack: 2 cups Chai tea, 1 Cheesestring, 16 oz water

Dinner: Indian Curried Veggies (cauliflower & green beans) and Shrimp in Coconut Sauce, and 16 oz water

Evening: 16 oz water & 2 slices of ham, 1 slice of RF cheddar, and 6 almonds

Lunch: 1c. hamburger soup, 1 mini bagel w/ 1 tsp. becel

Pepsi, 1 dark chocolate bar

Dinner: 4oz barbeque steak, 1 c. mixed veggies, 2 cup ceasar salad, 4 perogies.

So far today about 64oz. water.

Wasn't the best day for me since I was on the go and am very low on 'my' foods. I need to get to the grocery store ASAP!!!

Breakfast:
Thomas Light Whole Grain english muffin
1 tbsp. Smart Balance light
2 c. coffee w/low fat creamer

Lunch:
6 inch Ham sub (no cheese) from Subway w/Light mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion

Snack:
Kellogg's Strawberry Bar

Dinner:
Chef's Salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, shaved ham, boiled egg and light ranch dressing)
2 pieces Wonder Light Wheat bread w/1 tbsp. Smart Balance Light

Snack (after work out):
Strawberry ice cream :aggressive:
