Breakfast:
Thomas Light MultiGrain English muffin
1 tbsp. Smart Balance Light
3 c. coffee with low fat liquid creamer
Snack:
2 point WW Cinnamon Swirl bar
Lunch (will be, haven't eaten yet):
Ham sandwich (Wonder Light Wheat bread, Miracle Whip, Shaved Ham, Mustard and Tomato)
Mini Pretzels (fat free)
I am working out after lunch so probably won't have my mid afternoon snack. Also DS has therapy at 5pm and a band concert at 7pm so I will probably have to stop at McD's or BK for dinner. If I do, I will have a chicken salad for dinner. But this is my day so far.

Anyhow, breakfast was at lunchtime, lol. I had Scrambled eggs (1 egg, 1/4 egg white), 2 slices Canadian bacon, and tomato slices.
Lunch was at 4:30 (nearly dinnertime), and I had leftovers from last night - Curried Veggies & Shrimp in Coconut Sauce.
Dinner will be after kids are in bed, and we're planning BBQ T-Bone steak, Fried mushrooms with garlic, and Stir-fried rappini with garlic & pine nuts. Possibly some broiled tomatoes with feta also, to add colour.
No evening snack after such a late dinner, but I might indulge in a SF Hot Cocoa before bed.
SBD is going great! But still haven't started the Pilates...
