WP Advanced Sculpting circle w/o - more later!!! It's nice out so I hope to either get in a walk or run if I can!

5 MILE, yes 5 MILE hilly run!!! AND, I did it w/ Allison in the jogger!!!!!!!! It was not fast, (avg pace 9:53) & it was actually pretty hot out!!! BUT, I feel great after getting it done!!! WOOHOO, runner girl Jess is BACK! :yahoo:

Off to shower now- finally!!! :D

14 miles on the bike so far. Waiting for Matt's show to be done so I can do the sculpting circle workout!

Just did the new 20 minute circle workout (not the beginner one) and the 10 minute circle workout. Totally different than her other workouts! Great addition to my collection!

Whole Crunch PYS Pilates DVD -- total body, abs, buns, thighs.

Got my 1st "lost weight?" comment today, though I'm not sure if my SIL was just humoring me or being honest... She reads my blog, so I can't tell. Guess I've got to lose another 10 lbs for others to notice anything. LOL!

And WP AB sculpting last night while watching tv. Oh, and 3 chin ups y'day also. They weren't as hard as I thought after not doing any for a while! I need to start doing them again now that the stroller is out of the way (the chin up bar is in the garage & Greg had hung the jogging stroller up from the ceiling & it was kind of blocking the chin up bar...)
