I know there are tons of other 5Ks. In fact, there is one in July for the domestic abuse shelter that is part of the organization I'm now working for. But...now here's where I'm gonna sound like a total dork...I really wanted to do *this* one on the 22nd cuz...well...everyone gets a medal!
So, I'm trying to decide what to do. I *have* run 5k before, just not for about 4 weeks now. And, I have been still biking or doing the elliptical, so it's not like I haven't been doing *anything.* I'm not a strong runner.... those of you like Jess, Lisa, Rachel and Winnie could probably *walk* at close to my running pace, so I'm just not sure what I should do....
Anyway....just rambling...thanks for letting me vent!
