Ingredients ::

• 1 Box White Cake Mix
  
• 1 Large Box Strawberry Jello
  
• 4 Eggs
  
• 1 Cup Oil
  
• 1/2 Cup Water
  
• 1/2 Cup Strawberries and Juice

Description ::
delicious cake made with fresh or frozen strawberries

Mix above ingredients and beat with mixer. Pour in a greased (I spray mine with Pam) 9x13 sheet cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean.

You can also use two 8" round cake pans--bake for 30-35 minutes

Ingredients for frosting

1/2 Stick butter, softened
1 Box Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Strawberries and Juice

Cream softened butter in mixer and add powdered sugar and strawberries. Beat until smooth.

****I bought a 1 pound container of strawberries and chopped them in my food processor until they were the consistency I wanted. I ended up putting 1 cup in the cake (I only had 3/4 cup oil so this made up for that) and 1 cup in the frosting (it was more like a thick glaze than frosting but was super yummy!!). It turned out to be a very moist cake. Everyone raved about it :-)
