WP Ab Sculpting and WP Max Burn Basics. I also did The FIRM Cardio Sculpt but the kids kept interuppting me.

I'm going to try to take the dog for a walk w/o the kids later.

Core Secrets 25 minute Full Body Workout...borrowed the dvd from my sister and it went by really quickly. :) Liked the additional upper body exercises that aren't on the Bun Battle and Ab Assault.

Great job, Kelly!! How did you like the FIRM? I have that one, Body sculpt, & Ab sculpt- they're fun & a good way to add in some weight training!

I like that one & the Accelerated Core training too. My Mom has them & they're both good total body workouts! I love the shuffle option on the ACT so that you can change things around & not do all of th exercises in the same order.

WTG on getting in your workout, you busy lady!

and a 41 minute walk/ mostly run on the treadmill.
