For breakfast, I had a spinach/cheese omelet, a glass of V8 juice, and 16 oz of water.
Morning snack: 2 cups Chai tea
Lunch: leftover from 2 nights ago, Chicken/Eggplant/Cheesy casserole, 16 oz water
Afternoon snack: 2 slices RF cheddar cheese, 10 cashews, 16 oz water
Dinner will be bbq cheeseburgers (minus bun for me), with lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and a SBD Gazpacho soup. And more water!
My youngest dd is home sick today with very high fever and very sore throat, and just feeling plain rotten. Poor sweetie!
