• Bowtie pasta
  
• 12 oz. uncooked spicy Italian sausage links
  
• 2 medium red sweet peppers, cut into ¾ in pieces
  
• ½ c. or a bit more beef broth
  
• ¼ tsp. ground black pepper
  
• parsley
  

Description ::

1) Cook pasta according to directions; drain. Return pasta to saucepan.
2) Cut sausage into 1 in. pieces. In a large skillet cook sausage and sweet peppers over medium heat until sausage is browned. Drain well.
3) Stir the broth and black pepper into the skillet. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 min. Remove from heat. Pour over pasta; add parsley. Toss gently to coat.
