I was doing regular Pilates for two weeks before that
BUT the circle makes ALL the difference.
***I have lost an inch in my arms.
***I have lost three inches in my tummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
***I have lost three inches in my waist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
***I have lost 1 and a half inches in my inner-inner thighs (you know that yucky part???)
***I have lost 2 and a half pounds!!!!!!!!!!
I feel so much firmer and tighter with this circle!!!!!!!!!!!
I told my husband that since I had my 2nd child almost 6 years ago
that I have accomplished in THREE WEEKS what I could NOT
accomplish in 5 1/2 years trying and trying to get my tummy firmer
and my body toned/slender! I would do squats, run/jog on the treadmill,
do aerobics, weights to tone, but nothing got me anywhere like these
past three weeks only doing WP Circle Workout!!!
I have 6 weeks to go before my cruise and cannot wait until I have
to go out and buy shorts right before it. I hope I will be able to buy
smaller sizes!!!
I am so excited about the changes I have been feeling this week, but
to actually see the results down on paper after measuring, I question:
CAN THIS BE????????????!!!!!!
I told my husband: I will meet Mari one day and I will probably
cry on hers and Daisy's shoulders.
forget Lauren either. I told my mom about her and she watched
the infomercial.
My sister in law is having problems toning after her 1st child now,
so I told my brother to buy her the circle workout, that it will be
her answer and do the trick for her!!!!!
