5 mile hilly, windy run pushing Allison in jogger. Poor girl fell asleep- I put her blankie & pillow in there & she was out after about 15 min!! Man, it was sooo windy when I turned around I felt almost like I was standing still!!! But it was nice & warm out- love it!!! Off to do some Pilates now!

11 miles on the bike, 20 minute WP circle workout (loving it!!!) and the arm parts of the 10 minute sculpting blast (not my fav, but I like the arm workouts). Off to finish with some pushups!

Walk with my dog, power sculpt with resis WP and yoga and 30 pushups...
