I had a breakfast bagel, 1 bagel w/ 1c. of scrambled egg, 2 tbs. salsa.

So far, so good.
Breakfast: 1 cup of coffe w/ Splenda & 1% milk, a piece of string cheese and a granola bar. 24oz of water while on treadmill
Lunch: Some veggies w/ a little bit of dip, a SB pepperoni pizza, and a WW lemon snack cake.
Off to have some more water after our walk in town. DS is napping before the big kids get home.
Not sure about dinner yet.

My day so far... (ok, I just found out that we can edit at any time now??? So..edited for food content!)
Liquids ~ 130 oz water, 2 cups of coffee (going for at least 120 oz today to help the AF bloat!

Breakfast ~ Flax cranberry oatmeal w/ All bran buds & walnuts
Snack #1 ~ Mock cinnabon (cottage cheese, splenda, cinnamon, & walnuts), Oatbran pita w/ natural PB & SFJ
Lunch (pre-run) ~ Multi-grain hot cereal w/ 1/2 of a banana sliced, pear
Snack #2 (post-run) ~ Strawberry yogurt w/ 1/3 c. Kashi Go Lean crunch
and 3/4 c. SBD whole grain crunch cereal (it's pretty good!) w/ soymilk
Dinner ~ Taking the kids on a hike & a picnic supper, it's just sooo nice out! Picnic supper: Chicken & turkey breast deli meat & mozz on oatbran pita bread, 1 serving of cheddar soy crisps, & 7 RF Triscuits
Dessert ~ SF pudding cup
Snack #3 ~ 20 mixed nuts, SF hot cocoa
96 cals left- 29% fat/ 50% carb/ 21% protein

Not the best day. I was eating leftovers from last nights diner party.
Breakfast- 2 cups of coffee (sugar & light cream
) Kashi Go Lean crunch w skim milk
Snack- 1/2 DD's cereal bar
Lunch-turkey sandwich( w/ 1 slice of american cheese,on Low fat bread w/ low fat mayo & lettuce) a handful toritilla chips.
Snack- 2 chocolate chip cookies
Dinner- leftover Lasagna & fresh steamed spinich and a orange
snack- I may go grab a sugar free pudding out of the fridge.
