I'm still not very flexible- have been doing the basic 20 min workout, and Buns & Thighs- would like to do the Circle that everyone is raving about! Which one should I start with? TIA!! Kari

I do the winsor pilates circle workout.

winsorpilates.com

This is the best I've felt since before
I got pregnant with my 5 1/2 yr old
son!

I thought I'd never see results while
I struggled with other workouts!

Try it, you will LOVE it.

I was doing the pilates 20 minute
workout without the circle, but
the circle makes all the difference.
I'm glad I ordered that with the dvd.

On the infomercial when Daisy said
to Lisa Rinna that even Lisa's arms
were getting toned, I was thinking,
"yeah, right....Lisa probably works
out with a trainer, using weights
constantly..."

HA! I was WRONG!

I just lost an inch in both arms in
less than 3 weeks! They look different
and I've had so much success, that
I know I will be doing this for as long
as possible every day! :D

Good luck! Actually, YOU WONT NEED IT!
It will happen for you too!!!

I'd say that the infomercial package is probably your best bet. You get the basic 20 min workout & 10 min standing workout along w/ the fat burning aerobics & the circle for $9.95. Check out the website- http://www.winsorpilates.com It will enroll you in receiving more DVD's every couple mos, but you can cancel at any time! HTH & good luck!

Hugs,
Jess

I just started the 20 minute circle workout last week and I have to say, I am loving it!!!! I am *really* tight behind my knees and have never been able to get my legs really stretched out, and there is a part of the workout where you use the circle to stretch those hamstrings and it feels so good! And I *love* how it works my arms!!!
