This is really good. Hayley & Tyleigh both love it and I could probably eat it all myself. I adjust the amount of ingredients for how much I need. I always need more water than the 1 cup. I use less salt and less parsley than it calls for also. I am not an onion eater so I leave out the onion completely and use 1 stalk of celery. I also never have pepper so don't use it. I use Lactose free milk in place of milk and non dairy butter. I also found if I let it sit awhile it tastes better. I usually cook it then turn it off for a bit then when I am ready to eat it heat it up again. It tastes much better that way!

Ingredients
•3 cups Diced Potatoes
•2 stakes of Celery
•1 small onion
•1 cup water
•1 Teaspoon Salt
•1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
•1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
•1 Teaspoon Instant Chicken Boullion Granules
•2 Cups Milk
•3 Tablespoons Flour
•3 Tablespoons Butter

Directions
1.Combine potatoes, celery, onion, water, seasonings, and boullion in a 2 qt. saucepan.
2.Bring to a boil and cook covered for 13 to 16 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
3.Combine 1/4 cup milk with flour until smooth.
4.Add flour mixture, remaining milk, and butter to potatoe mixture.
5.Cook over medium heat until mixture boils, stirring constantly.
