After just one month, my next door neighbors are showing their house to prespectibe buyers for the third time and are expecting an offer. WTF? My house, just next door and the same square footage, sat on the market for almost a year and no one, no one, even looked at it twice! :)

Those people weren't ready to buy a house last year at this time or they would have bought yours!! It sucks sucks sucks when stuff like this happens though. I know exactly how you're feeling! (Well, I didn't live with my house on the market like you did, but you know what I mean!)

Was it priced lower than what you guys had yours on the market for? Are you guys thinking of trying again?

No, that is what kills me! It is priced at $50,000 MORE than what my house was selling at. I thought she had it overpriced, IMO. But I shouldn't get myself too worked up, so far she hasn't had an offer yet. I am so bad....
