We're nowhere near ready to put our house on the market (and open our doors to the masses), but we know who we want to use for our realtor. We told him to start doing what he needs to so he has the info on our house and if someone seems right for our place to let us know and they can see it.

DH is taking next week off so we can power wash the outside of the house and touch up paint where it needs it. This past weekend we've been cleaning up old leaves and branches and basically cleaning up the outside. Can't wait til it's warm enough to plant flowers. But everyone tells me I have to wait til May. :(
Just wanted to post an update. I think this process feels like it takes forever!! lol
