I have been bitching and moaning about the five pounds I've gained for for four months now. I have been sporadically doing the usual workouts, the B&T and Abs, but I have been doing them for close to two years now and they just don't have the same effect anymore. The scale won't budge (except to go UP) and summer is coming.
So I got myself that wonderful circle, and I must say I love it! It is basic and I can't wait to get the more advanced one, but this one will do for now. I have been doing it every day for about a week, plus that 10 minute sculpting blast, squats and lunges using the circle, and as of today, I am gunna walk about 2 miles 2-3 times a week.
I made some changes in my diet too. No more chips with lunch (even if they were fat free!). No more cookies for snack (even if they were low fat!). No more sub rolls, just bread for my sandwiches. And I have big time cut down on my late night munching.
I feel good! I lost about 1.5 pounds so far. My goal is to get back to my original weight of 115...hopefully I'll get there by the end of this month!

Yeah, Kerry!! I'm glad that you like the circle, I love it too!
WTG on making some small changes, I hope that they make a difference for you!! Just because food is fat free or low fat doesn't necessarily mean it's good for you!!
And you know I still hate you for weighing as little as you do!!
J/k
Keep up the good work & keep us posted on your progress!
Hugs,
Jess

LOL, I don't weigh all that much, but I am only 5'3" and very small boned. 115 is my "safe"weight. You may weigh more, but you are smaller than me, so I hate you, lol!!

I think it's the 20 minute one, the one that came with the circle package. Is that the beginner one?

Congratulations to my Height Twin for getting back in to the Winsor Workouts! Sounds like you're on the right track to a good summer goal and the Sculpting Circle TOTALLY ROCKS! If you do it consistently, you'll get really cut arms, lol. It's a great workout.
Keep up the good work...
and yes...I remember 115 lbs. Sigh
