:yahoo: My boss and co-worker were wanting to exercise so I suggested WATP videos. We did 1 mile last week and are up to 2 miles this week. I'm going to get them up to the 3 mile next week then throw in the 3 mile for ABs! :P I also have a 3 & 4 mile with strech band for future use.

Now I need to work on my eating and hopefully I can loose some weight!

well I didn't get to work out as many days as I had planned this week. I had to go to the college 2 days on my lunch so I missed those days. On Thursday my co-worker brought in a PX90 ab workout that I couldn't even attempt so I did as much of WP buns and thighs as I could remember.

Today I bought Biggest Loser Bootcamp and did the warm up, level 1, and cool down. Good work out. I can feel it in my core and legs. :hugs:

That's awesome Brenda! Great job!!! :hugs:

That P90X ab video is crazy difficult. I do what I can, but I usually dog it through several of the exercises and/or skip some altogether.

Peace,
Karen
