well I didn't get to work out as many days as I had planned this week. I had to go to the college 2 days on my lunch so I missed those days. On Thursday my co-worker brought in a PX90 ab workout that I couldn't even attempt so I did as much of WP buns and thighs as I could remember.
Today I bought Biggest Loser Bootcamp and did the warm up, level 1, and cool down. Good work out. I can feel it in my core and legs.

That's awesome Brenda! Great job!!!
That P90X ab video is crazy difficult. I do what I can, but I usually dog it through several of the exercises and/or skip some altogether.
