Ingredients ::
- 2 cups quick cooking oatmeal (not instant)
- 1 heaped cup mixed nuts (chopped)
- 1/4 cup mixed seeds (sunflower, pumkin, etc)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 5 tblsp maple syrup
- 3 tblsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups dried fruit (chopped)
Nutty/fruity granola is YUMMY

Preheat oven to 350.
put oatmeal, nuts, seeds, coconut and cinnamon on a baking sheet and stir. Drizzle with maple syrup and olive oil and stir. Bake about 25 minutes stirring every 5 minutes and smoothing back down with a wooden spoon. Remove when granola is golden brown and stir in the fruit. will store in airtight container for 2 weeks.
