Okay, here's what I did tonight:
Just finished: Walk Strong with 2-lb hand weights throughout which is a 30-minute walking workout of about 2 miles. Then, WP buns/thighs sculpting with the band. I feel energized! I will take my measurements tomorrow. Took a weight check this morning. Keep me motivated, please!
I'm posting with Jess on FB too. For those who don't know, she just got her PT certification and she's working on one of her first official jobs with a company re: fitness. So proud of her!
