WP Buns & Thighs and 20 min run in the rain (loved it!!!). I couldn't believe I did 20 mins after starting up 2 days ago. I'll be running a 5K in no time. LOL!

WP Ball workout.. 30 min. 45 min. of yoga 30 pushups. No walk this morning it was raining.. well I could have walked it was not raining that hard... ;) but I also hit the snooze to many times!!!

Is GORGEOUS out now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2.5 mile run outside...wanted to run longer but was short on time. It is a beautiful sunny day! :(

4.5 mile run w/ Allison in jogger- hot & windy today!! That darn jogger is like a windsail!! It got so hard at times, I was running uphill pushing her & had to walk a bit because the wind was pushing me almost backwards! Got really hot & sweaty, a bit overheated even though I drank plenty & had my water with me. I'm not used to this 75 degree weather yet!

Off to do some Pilates now & cool down!

add a 40 min walk with the boys in jogger....my legs were sore from this morning so I just walked with the boys...it helped the soreness.
