I'm about 150 pages into U is for Undertow by Sue Grafton. I need to get back into Salinger's Catcher and the Rye too.

I just finished Day After Night this afternoon (just in time since it's due at the library tomorrow!) I really liked it. I really liked the storyline (about 4 women in a Jewish refugee "camp" after WWII.) I'm embarrassed to say I knew nothing about these "camps" and know just a little about the formation of the "new" Israel and now I would love to learn more. There were a few things I thought could have been written better (she seemed to switch between characters very quickly which got a little confusing once in a while, and I thought she could have given us more about their individual stories before getting to the camp.) But, all in all, I'd recommend it.
I had gone to the library this weekend to check out "Unafraid" by Francine Rivers (from her Lineage of Grace series, which I absolutely love) but it was already checked out, so now I'm waiting on a copy from another library. But while I was there I picked up another book by her from another series, similar to the Lineage of Grace series, called "Sons of Encouragement." This series is about Biblical heroes: Aaron, Joshua, Jonathan, Amos, and Silas. I think the one I picked up is Amos. Like I said, I love her other series based on Biblical heroines, so I'm looking forward to this series (I have reserve requests in for the others as well.) They are all very short, so I'm hoping "Unafraid" will get here just as I finish Amos's story.
