DH and I did a Speed Walk WATP mile this morning w/warm up and cool down. We slipped in a 12-minute mile before our hectic day began!

DH and I did the WATP DVD again -- this time the mile that concentrates on "legs". We had a little more room in the living room now that the Xmas tree is down and away!
