Skipped my workout Tuesday, was WAY sore from the one I did on Monday and couldn't get motivated to do anything.

Today (Wednesday) I started the 30 day challenge on the EA Active. Did it way back in August, but ended up not finishing because I got really sick. This time I'm doing it on the hardest intensity setting. Felt ok while I did it, not sure yet how my already sore legs will react. May try to fit in a few more mins of cardio later today...IF I can still walk.

Monday I ran just over 2 miles
Tuesday I did Cathe Friedrich's Stretch Max. Love that one!
Today I did Biggest Loser Power Sculpt.

I've been doing pretty well keeping my calories in check so far this week as well, which is my biggest challenge.

Amanda way to go!!

I'm back on the bandwagon again, the holidays (and by that I mean Halloween-new years! lol) derailed me. I had lost 18 last year, then I added 5 back over that 2 month period. sigh. so we are back at it.

this month's goal is to work out 1 hour every day for a month. (started Mon jan 4)

so I've been doing 40 min cardio and 20 min of Jillians 30 day shred.

OMG, I thought "20 min? I can do anything for 20 min!" well alas I could BARELY move T and W. But I still did everything. Actually I think it helped the soreness to use those muscles.

today as well I did it.

the cardio: 2 days I did run/walk intervals outside brrrr
one day I did 3 miles WATP
one day I walked up and back to the kids' school to volunteer (25 min each way)

so far so good. hope I can keep it up. today I am slightly less sore. I'd like to lose 18 more (from where I am now) before bathing suit season (so 5 months)

LOL...Jillian is no joke that's for sure. I never made it all the way through the 30 day shred, I think I made it like 2.5 weeks and something happened and I didn't do it for like a week, and then I was too scared of how much I'd feel like dying after not doing it that long so I chickened out!
