Skillet Pork Chops
3-5 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch thick
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Heat a small amount olive or vegetable oil in skillet. Brown chops in oil. (I cut mine into larger bit size pieces first, cause I'm weird that way, LOL). Add remaining ingredients, and bring to a light boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
