I wimped out and didn't workout yesterday. If I thought I was sore on Tuesday, I was supremely mistaken! That was nothing compared to how I felt yesterday! I know I need to get back to it today and I'll be fine once I'm moving...but seriously? The mere thought of more lunges and squats and jumping makes me want to cry.

I am happy to report I am considerably less sore today! lol it's the little things right?
Jillian is kicking my butt and taking names but so far so good.
did WATP today too as it's just too cold today, some days I can take it, some days I wimp out. lol
