5k is great!!

I did my 40 min cardio plus 20 min of hell of Jillian's shred both weekend days.

one week into my restart and I've gained a pound. ugh. I hate the scale.

still did 45 min cardio this morning . . . jillian is later.

sigh

Congrats, girls!

I'm going to get back on the wagon...again.

I was doing great then I had to go move my oldest to the far away UP for college.

I did some walking there but nothing "serious."

I've been really tired the last few days so I've been trying to rest when I can.

I've been a slug the past couple days...feeling tired and fighting off a cold and just had no motivation. Did some squats and lunges and whatnot before bed last night just so I could say I did *something*. Today I was running all day and had no chance to fit it in, so I'm going to do some living room jogging tonight while I watch my tv.
