Weekend Workouts (Fri/Sat/Sun) ...post them here!

Friday: About 2 miles on the treadmill, and
Saturday: 1st Week's Program of the iFit Treadmill workout with Jillian Michaels: about 1 mile, 20 minutes long plus I did a little bit of a warm up before starting it...another 5 minutes.
....now to get some Pilates in sometime this weekend.

Sunday: I did the iFit program again on the treadmill: another mile, 20 minutes.
I think I'll start Pilates tomorrow.

I started by Womens Health 6 week Lean something plan.
I had a gift card that I needed to spend, so I bought this system that looked good, very disappointed once I opened it.
But will stick it out for the six weeks.
