Monday, Jan. 25th workouts!

Decided to do stretching today and take a day off of walking.
I did WP Buns & Thighs then I did Arms & Abs of Steel, 1st workout. About 25 minutes in all. I'm sure my arms and abs will feel that in the morning! I forgot how much I liked working out with Tamilee.
And, the minister I work with is doing a 1/2 marathon, non-competitive walk in October. She told me I'm welcome to join her and another friend of hers. I'm considering it.

Great job! 13.1 mile walk by October -- you can do it! It would be fun!
