Today was treadmill day: 3 miles in an hour, 300 calories burned. After the first 1.5 miles, I get in a groove and it isn't too bad. :yahoo:

3.5 mile run. Felt some twinges in my knee; hoping it goes away!

Ugh. I hate those kind of twinges. Hoping it goes away!

I ran 4 miles yesterday (Thursday). It was a pretty 60°F day. Had to get out there ahead of today's snow storm. I likely won't have a chance to get back out there until Tuesday at the earliest, given the weather.

Planning some gentle yoga for tonight.

I expect to get a lot of activity playing in the snow tomorrow!

Peace,
Karen
