Wednesday (Feb 3rd) Workouts

Just finished Arms & Abs of Steel with Tamilee.
I did Program #3. I think now that I've gone through the entire tape that I will do two workouts at a time.
Just don't have it in me to do Buns & Thighs so maybe tomorrow. We'll see.
