Yesterday was a rest day.
Friday: 3 miles on treadmill and I will bowl tonight!

You're doing great, Peggy! I'm sick (again!). I had hoped it would remain a head cold so I could run this weekend, but it's moved to my chest, so just some gentle yoga for me until this passes.
